1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and te99 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the te99 online casino and sports betting platform at te99.bet and any associated interfaces. 2. Eligibility

• Currency: te99 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted in BDT. te99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full te99 platform, you must complete registration and create a verified account. Registration is free. te99 uses your registered Bangladesh mobile number as the primary account identifier.

te99 employs SSL encryption across all sessions. Passwords are stored in hashed form using industry-standard cryptographic methods. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify te99 support via live chat immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

te99 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). te99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times are indicative and may vary due to third-party processing schedules.

• Deposit matching: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the te99 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
• Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting resolution through te99 support is a breach of these Terms. te99 reserves the right to suspend the account and offset any reversed amounts against the account balance.
• Dormant balances: Balances that remain unclaimed and inactive for 12 continuous months may be subject to dormancy procedures. te99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

te99 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated minimum number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus eligibility: Each offer may carry specific eligibility requirements including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, and time limits within which the offer must be claimed and wagering completed.
• Bonus abuse: te99 actively monitors for bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting bonus mechanics by any other means. Bonuses obtained through abuse may be voided.
• Modification of promotions: te99 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met qualifying conditions prior to a change will receive their bonus on the original terms.
• Void winnings: Winnings from bonus funds obtained in breach of these Terms may be voided at te99's discretion. Where bonus winnings are voided, te99 will provide written notice to the player upon request.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

te99 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, te99 may act immediately without prior notice to the player. Balances derived from prohibited conduct are not considered bona fide winnings and may be forfeited in full.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on te99, including software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual content, is the intellectual property of te99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you only a limited licence to access and use the platform as a registered player — nothing more.

This includes loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.

Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect availability. te99 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and restore service promptly. te99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

te99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where suspension or closure is applied outside of a player breach, te99 will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice and return any verified balance to the player's registered payment method.

• Immediate suspension grounds: Breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC when requested, duplicate accounts, or conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
• Balance treatment on breach: Where an account is suspended due to a Terms breach, te99 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. A written explanation will be provided to the player upon request.
• Appeals: Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may submit a written appeal via live chat. te99 will review all appeals within 5 business days and communicate the outcome in writing.
• Voluntary closure: Players wishing to close their account for any reason, including responsible gaming, may do so at any time via live chat. Voluntary closures are permanent unless the player requests reactivation after the applicable cooling-off period.

12. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of te99 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
